Basic rules for using the Local Sauna Rentals directory.
Directory purpose
Local Sauna Rentals is an informational directory for sauna rental providers, sauna studios, recovery-service providers, rental types, locations, and planning resources. We are not a booking agent, provider, insurer, medical provider, or party to rentals, appointments, memberships, or services arranged through third-party websites.
Listings
Unclaimed listings may be based on public business information. Providers can submit, claim, update, or request removal of a listing. We may edit, reject, hide, or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicative, promotional without substance, or outside the directory scope.
Provider and visitor decisions
Visitors should verify prices, availability, delivery area or studio location, safety requirements, event rules, insurance, cancellation policies, membership terms, and local restrictions directly with providers before booking.
Prices, VAT/BTW, and EU consumer rights
Listed prices are sourced from providers and shown for orientation only. They may be out of date and may exclude or include VAT (in the Netherlands, BTW) depending on the provider. The provider, not Local Sauna Rentals, is the seller, issues any invoice, and is responsible for VAT/BTW, deposits, and the final contract. Any statutory consumer rights you have under EU and Dutch law, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, are between you and the provider; we are not a party to the rental and do not collect payment for rentals.
Paid placement
If paid or featured placement is active, it should be identified in the interface. Paid placement can affect prominence, but it does not replace factual listing quality, safety checks, or direct provider verification.
Outbound links
Provider websites, booking pages, maps, and third-party links are controlled by their owners. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, policies, or transactions.
